The Moolala Rewards Plan

Moolala’s compensation plan is a five level 2% matrix.

You are the first level. If you purchase a voucher you receive a rewards payment of 2% of the purchase price of the voucher.

If you invite someone to join Moolala and they enroll underneath you, you are paid 2% on each purchase they make. This is your second level.

If someone on your second level invites someone who enrolls underneath them, you are paid 2% on each purchase they make. This is your third level.

If someone on your third level invites someone who enrolls underneath them, you are paid 2% on each purchase they make. This is your fourth level.

If someone on your fourth level invites someone who enrolls underneath them, you are paid 2% on each purchase they make. This is your fifth level.

Moolala only pays bonuses through five levels.

In order for someone to be placed in the matrix beneath you they must either go to Moolala using a unique link that Moolala recognizes as originating from you or they must enter you as the referrer manually. MooLaLa tracks members by their email address.

If someone types www.Moolala.com into the address bar on their internet browser Moolala might not recognize who invited them. In this scenario, if they enter an email address that Moolala recognizes (e.g. someone has sent an invite to that person using Moolala’s email system) there are two possible outcomes.

If you were the only person to invite them using the email address they sign up with you automatically receive the credit.

If Moolala recognizes that multiple people have sent invites to the same email address then the person who tries to sign up with the email address is asked to choose who they want to receive the referral credit from the list of people who had sent them an invite.

If someone types www.Moolala.com into the address bar on the internet browser and they sign up using an email address that Moolala does not recognize they are given the option to enter the unique referral code of the person who referred them. If they do not enter a unique referral code they will be directly sponsored by the company.

This Rewards Plan is part of, and incorporated into, the Membership Agreement. As set forth in the Membership Agreement, Moolala reserves the right to amend the terms of the Rewards Plan in its discretion by providing Member with notice of the Amendment. Amendments shall be effective 30 days after publication of notice of the Amendment as set forth in the Membership Agreement. The continuation of a Member’s membership or a Member’s acceptance of rewards payments after an amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance of all amendments.
